In this meeting of Exploring the Mycoverse with Aaron Tupac-Thompson, the group will discuss the book The Way Through the Woods: On Mushrooms & Mourning by Long Litt Woon. In her memoir, 'anthropologist Long tells of her life in Norway after the sudden death of her 54-year-old husband left her “alone in the world.” A beginner’s course in mushrooming was an unexpected life raft, leading her to find community and a sense of meaning while wandering the woods...' (Publisher's Weekly) The reading group session will be followed by a virtual Q&A with the author on Monday, June 20th from 12:00pm-1:30pm.  Attendance is free but space is limited, you must sign-up in advance.
