A a fungi-focused community education group organized by mycologist Aaron Tupac, Exploring the Mycoverse meets to intentionally cultivate community and discuss how fungi can remind us of our interconnectedness. It is a values-based community inspired by fungi working together to learn how to be in better relationship with the more-than-human world. Each workshop is unique with a dedicated topic, and approaches to exploration have included guest speakers, book discussions, the Fungi Film Festival, and more. All events are free and open to the public - you are always welcome to join! Founded by mycologist Aaron Tupac in July 2021, Mycoverse has hosted over 100 workshops, reaching more than 1,000 people. The Mycoverse currently meets twice a month, generally on the second and fourth Mondays, in the Arlington Garden Olive Allée. It is presented in partnership with Arlington Garden.
